Terms andPurchase conditions and services

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of purchase.

With respect to orders delivered to you via our third party courier service, you agree that: 

1- All risks of loss or damage to the products in your order pass to you when we ship your order from our premises.

We (Gina's Hair Beauty) are not responsible for any errors made by these services.

2-This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our conditions of supply.

If you are an international customer, you also acknowledge that you understand that some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials.

After shipping from our facility, the transfer of responsibility is transferred to you, therefore you will become the importer and will be required to pay any local taxes or duties, further assuming any liability under customs or import laws and regulations .

At Gina’s hair beauty, we do everything possible to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty part/product, we will be happy to exchange or issue a refund for the item.

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after photo confirmation and shipping/pickup have been approved.

Please contact our customer service team if there are any problems or defects before returning the item so that we can advise you on how to return the device to us.

Please note that Gina's Hair Beauty does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, think the color is not right for you, or select the wrong cap size.

All sale/promotional items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

All lace items: Please note that if items have pre-cut lace, there is no refund option.

 

To ensure you have the correct cup size, be sure to measure your head according to our size chart.

S = small (21" circumference)

M = medium (22" circumference)

L = large (23" circumference)

XL = extra large (24" circumference)

 

All salon services will not be refunded. A cut will be touched up if necessary within 7 days of offering the service. The result of all coloring techniques is not guaranteed due to the difference in each client's hair conditions. Depending on the case, you will be offered a recovery within 14 days of the service offer. A consultation is strongly recommended for any technical service.

 

When contacting us for extension or wig coloring, the client must provide hair quality that matches our expertise. 

A liability waiver will be required for you to sign because we do not guarantee the good results of work on hair other than our brand. It is for this reason that we advise you to do it on Gina's beauty hair (quality which has been highly tested for good coloring results). 

A consultation is mandatory for this type of service.

 

All bundles, frontal, Closure, hair products and accessories are final sale, no refunds or returns will be allowed on these purchases. Refund will only be given in case the part is damaged by us (a photo of all units will be recorded and shared with you prior to shipping/pickup). Gina's Hair Beauty does not suggest altering or bleaching a unit that has already been bleached or any 613 hair. Please contact our customer service. Refund (only issued if a unit is defective) will be issued via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 15 business days to process funds to your account.

Return Policy

 Returns 

All returns are investigated by our professional team of hairstylists and if the returned unit has been altered in any way, i.e., the part's knots have been discolored or colored (other than the work carried out by us), cut or colored, Gina's Hair Beauty cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the piece and it will be returned to you.

In the event of a breakdown of your devices or damage to your part, you must respect the following conditions:

 

You must contact Gina's hair beauty customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.

Purchase must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in any way. We cannot accept returned products that have had alterations and pieces that have had the lace cut or that have been worn. Please be careful when trying on the goods and do not cut the lace. A photo detailing that the piece is in its original condition with lace will be requested before a return will be authorized. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the return of the purchase. 

Returns that do not follow our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If your purchase is defective, we will tell you how to return it to us.
