By confirming your order, you agree to our terms and conditions of purchase.

Delivery via third-party courier service:

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon shipment from our premises. Gina's Hair cannot be held responsible for errors in these services.

  • This service, without insurance, is used at your own risk upon acceptance of our terms.

International clients:

You acknowledge that you understand the import restrictions in certain countries. Upon shipment, you assume all local taxes, duties, and any liability under customs laws.

Quality and returns:

At Gina's Hair, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us so we can take care of your situation.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable after confirmation and shipment. Contact our customer service team if you have any issues before returning.

Return policy :

Gina's Hair Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, color mismatch, or incorrect cap size. Sale/promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Lace Items: No refunds for items with pre-cut lace.

Service and Purchase Policy – No Refunds

Salon Services Policy

All in-salon services are non-refundable. A hair touch-up can be requested within 7 days of the service. For hair color, results cannot be guaranteed due to individual client hair differences. However, a retake can be offered within 14 days of the service after evaluation. A prior consultation is strongly recommended for any technical service to achieve the best results.

Coloring Extensions or Wigs

The client must provide hair of the highest quality that meets our standards. A disclaimer must be signed, as we do not guarantee results on hair other than that of Gina's Hair, which is tested to ensure optimal quality. A mandatory consultation is required before any service on extensions or wigs.

Purchase Policy – Final Sale

All products, including bundles, frontals, closures, hair products, and accessories, are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible unless the item is damaged by us. A photo of the unit will be sent to you for validation prior to shipping or pickup.

We do not recommend any modification, bleaching or coloring of a unit that has already been treated, especially 613 hair, to avoid any risk of deterioration.

In case of defective product, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. However, processing by your financial institution may take up to 15 business days.

Return Policy – No Warranty on Modified Products

All returns are subject to evaluation by our team of professional hairstylists. If a unit has been altered (bleaching, coloring, cut by a third party), we cannot be held responsible for any damage and the item will be returned to the customer.

Return Conditions:

  • The customer must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, uncut, unaltered.

  • No returns will be accepted for products that have been transformed, have the lace cut off, or have already been worn.

  • A photo of the intact unit, with the lace uncut, will be required before authorizing the return.

Any return not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.

If your purchase is defective, please contact us for the return procedure.

⚠️ No refunds or exchanges will be granted outside of the cases specified above.
